1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Neuromaster.site web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. The Service

Neuromaster provides an AI-powered audio mastering tool. You may upload your audio files ("User Content") to be processed by our proprietary AI engine. The Service generates a modified version of your User Content (a "Master"). The Service is provided on a subscription or credit-based model.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to your original User Content. By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant Neuromaster a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. We claim no ownership over your Masters; they are your property.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it.

6. Fees and Payment

Access to certain features of the Service, such as exporting Masters, requires the purchase of credits or a subscription. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. All fees are non-refundable.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that the results of the mastering process will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Neuromaster be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
